A key role close to operations
Franska Bukten is seeking a financial manager who wants to combine a solid grasp of accounting and financial statements with a clear business focus. You will be responsible for ensuring the finance function maintains high quality, but the assignment is bigger than just getting the numbers right. You should also make them useful.
You report directly to the COO and take a central role in the company's financial monitoring. Together with department heads and other key personnel, you follow the company's development, profitability, and priorities going forward.
The role gives you the opportunity to work closely with management and help influence how the company is run and developed. Together with the COO, you develop monitoring systems, governance models, and decision-making frameworks that provide a clearer picture of results, project economics, and profitability. You translate financial data into business insights and contribute perspectives that strengthen the company's decisions, monitoring, and continued development.
You have the support of a colleague in day-to-day financial work. This gives you room to both secure the bigger picture and gradually advance the finance function through smarter working methods, relevant key metrics, and digital tools.
Your Responsibilities
You have overall responsibility for the finance function and drive several development initiatives together with the COO, management, and operations.
· Have overall responsibility for the finance function and quality of financial reporting.
· Ensure monthly closings, annual statements, reconciliations, and other key financial processes.
· Drive budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and analysis with a focus on results, variances, and profitability.
· Develop project economics, key metrics, reports, and financial governance models.
· Create clear decision-making frameworks and provide business-oriented support to management and responsible parties in the organization.
· Develop processes, system support, and digital working methods within the finance area.

Regardless of background, you are confident in accounting fundamentals and can independently understand, review, and compile a financial statement. At the same time, you look ahead. You are curious about why outcomes look the way they do and how finance, governance, and digital tools can contribute to better decisions and a more profitable operation.

You can move between details and the bigger picture, explain finance in an understandable way, and dare to challenge when you see something could be done better. You thrive in collaboration with others while being comfortable driving your area forward independently.
We Believe You Have
· Several years of qualified experience in broad financial work.
· Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and analysis.
· Good system skills.
· A clear interest in operations, business, and profitability.
Experience in project economics or work in a consulting or project-based organization is a merit. Knowledge of payroll management and experience with Next, Visma, or Fortnox is also valuable.

Franska Bukten was founded in 2008 and is today an established company in energy and ventilation with approximately 50 employees. The operations include consulting services, design, service, and contracting within ventilation, plumbing, and energy. By combining multiple areas of expertise, the company can take responsibility for the entire process, from assessment and design to installation and ongoing service.
The company has grown with additional areas of expertise and departments and is in a continued development phase. The position is based at the office in Älvsjö. Franska Bukten also has an office in Sandviken.
