Your Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager/Administrator at ALMiG Sverige, you'll have a central role in the organization with a broad area of responsibility covering both finance and administration. You'll be part of the management team and work closely with the CEO in an entrepreneurial organization with short decision-making processes, high ambitions, and a focus on growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for accounts receivable and payable, ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing, and VAT and tax management. Weekly and monthly reporting to the parent company in Germany. If you have experience with closing procedures, that's a plus, but it's not a requirement as there's an opportunity to develop in this area over time.
Beyond finance tasks, you'll handle various administrative duties that keep operations running smoothly. This might include responsibility for workplace environment issues, safety representative duties, and if possible, updating and maintaining the company website. The role is broad and varied, meaning you'll be an important support function in many parts of the company.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We're looking for someone with education and experience in finance and administration who thrives taking responsibility for their work. You're organized, meticulous, and have the ability to independently plan and prioritize your work. At the same time, you appreciate being part of a smaller company where collaboration and flexibility are important parts of daily life.
You have strong skills in ongoing bookkeeping, accounts management, invoicing, and VAT and tax matters. You understand reporting both nationally and internationally. We especially value your willingness to develop and learn new tasks, as there are excellent opportunities to grow into the role and gradually take on greater responsibility.

About the Role
As Finance Manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's finances and work both strategically and operatively. You're responsible for accounting, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, liquidity planning, project monitoring, financial reporting, and analysis. At the same time, you're part of daily operations.
You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team where you contribute business analyses and decision-making materials.
We're Looking for Someone Who
Has experience with personnel responsibility and enjoys a leadership role.
Is business-oriented, analytical, and organized.
Enjoys creating order, developing processes, and streamlining work methods.
Is unpretentious and comfortable working both strategically and operatively.
Has excellent skills in Excel and modern business and finance systems such as Visma Administration and Payroll.
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
