LV-4601 The employee may be employed at various locations – in multi-apartment residential buildings managed by the company. Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform maintenance, repair, and regular inspection of internal cold and hot water supply and sewerage networks in residential buildings. 2. Perform maintenance, repair, and regular inspection of heating systems in residential buildings. 3. Perform monthly inspection of heat exchange stations in residential buildings and keep them in proper working order. 4. Perform maintenance, repair, and regular inspection of internal and external wastewater systems in residential buildings. 5. Respond to service calls. 6. Perform plumbing replacement, repair, and drain cleaning in apartments. Requirements for Candidates: 1. Secondary specialized technical education, profession "building engineering systems supervisor" or at least one year of work experience in the position. 2. Ability to work with hand tools. 3. State language proficiency, level A, degree 2. 4. Ability to communicate with people.
