Your contribution will impact how our customer management and office function in practice, and you have no problem coordinating how customer service, administration, and operational support should be handled. You are simply used to actively contributing to developing and improving routines, working methods, and customer flows so that everything runs smoothly. You are also accustomed to utilizing digital tools naturally to achieve high results. We consider it self-evident that you handle Swedish and English well in both speech and writing.
