We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible district nurse for a position at 40–100% working hours at our health center to continue providing valuable care to our patients. Sofia Health Center offers professional care throughout life. With personalized attention and continuity, we have been located on Södermalm since 2001. Our practice is physician-led with approximately 7,700 registered patients, home healthcare services, and a laboratory. We have a stable team with permanent doctors, psychologists, and nurses. About the Position As a district nurse with us, you will work with typical nursing tasks at the clinic, such as patient counseling, blood draws, wound dressing changes, and medical assessment. Telephone counseling and home healthcare are part of the role. You have an important role in our team and contribute to ensuring our patients receive professional and safe care experiences. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varying tasks. To thrive in this role, we see that you appreciate working independently with diverse responsibilities. We are looking for you who: Are a licensed nurse. Have further education as a district nurse. Enjoy working independently and as part of a team. Have excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Experience working in primary care or clinic settings is a plus.
