We are looking for our next star as a store manager for our Dressing Room store, which caters to the conscious woman in the middle of life. Our other stores are located at Allum shopping center, Partille, and Frölunda Torg. Dressing Room is like an exquisite bowl of assorted chocolates in different styles with constantly exciting new arrivals. At Dressing Room, you'll find clothes for women in various styles and for different occasions. Our customers love patterns, details, and fits. You'll find items from, among others, Marta, Jaquline de Young, pieces, Sisters Point, Gemini, Capri Collection, Soya concept, and plenty of other exciting brands from all over Europe. As a store manager with us, you are responsible for the daily operations of the store, personnel, and budget. It's like running your own business. You are skilled at planning and prioritizing. Your commitment inspires your store colleagues, and together you drive sales and manage the store so that you reach your set goals. You have: • Documented sales experience • A burning interest in fashion • Solid interest in merchandising and product display • Knowledge of what's coming tomorrow in fashion and retail expression • Self-confidence and dare to take your own initiative • Enjoy the fast pace that modern retail demands We believe you have documented leadership experience, preferably as a store manager in retail or experience running your own business. Business education is a merit.
