Store Manager for Pressbyrån – Become Our Next Leader! Are you passionate about service, sales, and giving people a great start to their day? About the Position As Store Manager at Pressbyrån, you are responsible for the daily operations of the store. You lead the team, create a welcoming environment for our customers, and ensure that the store is always well-stocked, fresh, and inspiring. You actively participate in operations alongside your employees – at our company, you are a leader who leads by example on the sales floor. Your main responsibilities: Active sales and world-class service to our customers. Daily operations and management of store personnel (scheduling, coaching, and staffing). Merchandise handling, ordering, inventory, and displays according to Pressbyrån's concept. Ensure that routines regarding food hygiene and safety are followed. Who Are You? We are looking for an engaged and energetic leader with strong business acumen. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results together with your team. You have a natural sense of service and are not afraid to pitch in where needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail or the service industry. Leadership or personnel management experience (previous experience as a store manager or assistant store manager is a plus). Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
