We - are an expansive and international company specializing in contract manufacturing of moist snuff, founded in 2019. We have manufacturing in Helsingborg with approximately 70 employees and a newly launched facility in South Carolina, USA. The significant expansion we are undergoing led us to move to new premises (3,000 m²) at Väla södra industriområde in August 2025, where we have invested in a completely new machinery fleet. The number of employees is increasing at the same great pace as the number of customers. The Work As an Operations Technician, you have a central role in production and are responsible for ensuring machinery and equipment operate during your shift. You handle both acute faults that arise (your main focus in the coming years) and work with preventive maintenance to ensure stable operations. The technical areas include mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics. You report to the Production Manager but work closely with the technical department, which consists of a Technical Manager and two Maintenance Technicians. There are also two production coordinators who follow their shifts. The role involves 2-shift/rotating 2 weeks, 6.30-15.00 or 14.55-23.00 (21.00 on Fridays). Who are you? We see that you have machine technician training and at least 2 years of experience with technical/maintenance work in industry with a focus on machinery/mechanics, electrical, and pneumatics. You are a technical all-rounder with good problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone with an interest in modern production and who thrives in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment. Hopefully you understand where we stand. Processes and routines are being developed as part of our expansion. Even today, we manufacture our products under GMP requirements and Food Authority oversight. We are a modern and efficient facility that continuously increases production capacity and pace while maintaining quality. As a person, you are interested, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership. You have the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operators and colleagues. At your core, you believe that pace, complexity, and expectation for solutions are equally as important as problem-solving conversations with colleagues are valuable.
