About the position
As an operations technician with us, you work with operational optimization and maintenance of building technical systems and installations. The role offers great variety and broad technical responsibility where you contribute to ensuring well-functioning buildings and satisfied customers.
Your daily work includes:
Conduct daily rounds and preventive maintenance
Document improvement measures and identified deficiencies
Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of building technical installations
Work with systems in heating, ventilation, sanitation and control and regulation technology
Manage oversight and maintenance of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
Contribute with improvement suggestions for increased operational reliability and energy efficiency
Build and develop good customer relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach
The work is performed mainly on-site at our customers and involves close contact with tenants, customers and other partners. You get an independent role with significant responsibility while having support from experienced colleagues at Luotea.
Placement location is Trollhättan.
To succeed in the role you need
At least three years of experience in operations, service or maintenance work within building technical installations
Experience with inspection, maintenance and corrective maintenance
Good technical understanding and practical problem-solving ability
Experience with a proactive approach where you identify and drive improvements
Good computer skills and experience with digital reporting
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
B-category driver's license
