The Assignment
In your role as an operations technician, you will be an important part of our operations department, which is responsible for the continuous operation of the combined heat and power plant's facilities for fuel handling, production, and distribution of district heating, steam, and electricity. Here you will work both practically and analytically – from planning and optimization to development and improvement of our production units.
You will be part of an engaged team with six rotating shift crews and a daytime operations group. Together we work for safe operations today and even smarter energy production tomorrow.
Examples of work tasks:
- Operation and maintenance of production units and auxiliary equipment
- Contribute to documentation and monitoring of the facilities
- Opportunity to participate in development and improvement work to future-proof our facilities
- Support operations and maintenance of the district heating network and substations as needed
- Perform sampling and quality controls at the facilities

Who Are You?
We are looking for you who have training as an operations technician, other relevant higher education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. We value your competence and your drive. Experience in similar work is a merit, and a B-category driver's license is a requirement.
As a person, you need to be independent, flexible, and responsible. You also need to have good collaboration skills and find it easy to communicate with other people.

This is a permanent position, and we apply a six-month probationary period. Since our facility operates around the clock, you need to be open to working both shifts and daytime. On-call duty may be included in the position.
