About the roleAs an operations technician at Caverion, you will be an important part of our team responsible for operations, supervision, maintenance and upkeep of Stockholm Exergi's property portfolio.
You will be part of our team where collaboration, helpfulness and humility are a natural part of everyday work. Here we work closely together and ensure that the facilities function optimally for our customer.
The role also includes:
Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
Planned preventive maintenance
Operations, supervision and optimization of ventilation systems
Contact with customers, contractors and suppliers
Documentation and reporting in our systems
Participation in minor projects and technical improvements

Your background
You have experience as an operations technician, ventilation technician or equivalent. Preferably from the industry.
You have good knowledge of control and regulation systems
You have good computer skills and experience with operations and monitoring systems
Education in building technology/operations technician training.
Fire safety sprinkler system operator certification is a merit.
Good Swedish in speech and writing.
Class B driver's license.
As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented and service-minded. You enjoy working both independently and with others, and you appreciate being part of a cohesive team where everyone contributes to the whole.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security clearance requirements.
