We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in building systems technology. You have broad general technical competence and enjoy working with advanced technical systems where operations, functionality, and energy efficiency are in focus.
We particularly value experience with ventilation technology as well as control and automation systems, and you are motivated by analyzing, optimizing, and developing technical installations to create good indoor climate and energy-efficient operations.

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the building's technical systems. The focus is on ventilation, control and automation systems, and energy optimization, where you actively work to ensure good comfort, high operational reliability, and low energy consumption.
You work with ventilation systems, air handling units, VAV systems, heating and cooling systems, and building automation. Through monitoring of operational data and analysis of technical systems, you identify improvement opportunities and implement measures that contribute to increased energy efficiency and improved indoor climate.
You perform planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance as well as various types of repair and optimization work. An important part of the position is to monitor energy consumption, analyze deviations, suggest energy-saving measures, and document and follow up on operational results.
The team actively works with ventilation issues, ventilation-related measures, energy monitoring, systematic fire safety work (SBA), and development of the building's control and monitoring systems.
The role also offers the opportunity to develop within project management of building technology projects. You participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects in close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. Your responsibilities can be adapted based on your experience and interests, with good opportunities to progressively take greater responsibility for the building's technical development and energy performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have secondary education in building technology, operations, or technical fields, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education from a technical college or equivalent. Experience with ventilation technology, building automation, and control and automation systems is particularly valued.
Knowledge of energy optimization, operational monitoring, HVAC systems, and electrical installations is highly appreciated. Limited electrical certification or higher is meriting.
