WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in facility operations and practical maintenance work. This job is perfect for you if you don't have far to travel to us and want interesting work with a lower employment level. Of course, you share our values.
We are looking for someone who is:
Meticulous and responsible: You understand the importance of perfect water values and safety.
Quick learner and problem solver: You easily understand cause and effect relationships – if values deviate, you know what you need to do and act immediately.
Previous experience from facility services or facilities engineering.
Meritorious:
Experience with pool maintenance, water treatment, and/or plumbing and HVAC technology.
ABOUT THE JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a spa technician, you play a key role in our guests' experience. You ensure that our pools and spa facility are always clean, safe, and in perfect condition.
Your daily and regular tasks include:
Water testing and monitoring and adjusting chemical levels in our various pools
Careful logging of measurements and water quality
Backwashing and filter changes
Supervision and checking that pumps, valves, and any alarm systems function flawlessly
Address deviations in water values or equipment quickly and effectively
General maintenance and cleaning of the spa environment
In short – you make sure our guests can safely enjoy our pools!

SCOPE AND WORKING HOURS
Employment type: Part-time employment, permanent or fixed-term based on discussion. Position size approximately 15-25%
Working hours: The basis is every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), plus some weekdays as needed.
Shift length: The cleaning process takes approximately 2h per shift. Additional time may be needed for other facility maintenance, so between 2-4h based on discussion and agreement.
Driver's license: A driver's license is required as public transportation is not available.
