A snapshot of your day
At the test facility, we're responsible for all testing of gas turbines and related equipment before delivery to our customers. We work with test runs of gas turbines, shop testing of equipment related to the gas turbine, and testing of complete deliveries. You'll be part of the team that performs shop testing and string tests.
We also work closely with the test rig teams and flex our workforce to cover each other's needs. During periods of lower capacity, commissioning assignments abroad may also be scheduled.
How you will make an impact
As a commissioning engineer, you will participate in and lead the commissioning of gas turbine packages in our workshop and at our customers' sites.
Your responsibilities include maintaining the agreed-upon schedule for the machine, driving and keeping the testing team together, and training employees.
Documentation of work in the form of checklists and reports.
What you bring
You have vocational training in the fields of operations, energy, electrical power, machinery, or control and instrumentation technology.
It's a significant advantage if you have practical experience from commissioning or maintenance of large machines, preferably turbines.
You communicate well in speech and writing, in Swedish and English, and have experience with administrative work and computer skills.
Knowledge of control and instrumentation technology, such as Siemens Simatic control systems, is a merit.
To succeed in this role, you are a structured and driven problem solver.
You are persistent and have good communication skills and appreciate collaboration with others.
