JOB DUTIES Now we are looking for two operations managers for Göteborg! Perhaps you work in a grocery store today and want to take the next step in your career? In this role, you will take greater responsibility for personnel, combined with your own work in the stores. Freedom with responsibility characterizes this position well. This is a good opportunity for you who have some retail experience, have worked in a leadership role before, are organized, driven, and enjoy working in the grocery retail industry. This is a permanent position at 100%. Recruitment is ongoing. The district covers Göteborg municipality and nearby cities, and we would prefer if you live in the area. A collective agreement with Handelsanställdas förbund exists. YOUR MAIN JOB DUTIES INCLUDE... • Scheduling personnel in the district • Contact with local and central customers • Your own work in stores including picking goods, store remodeling • Major responsibility for the district WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO... • Are a good planner • Have good local knowledge of grocery retail in your district • Have previous experience with store remodeling, merchandising, and assembly • Are organized • Have previous experience from the grocery retail industry • Enjoy customer and personnel contact • Like fast pace and quick decisions • Are service-oriented • Are social • Have a manual driver's license and access to a car QUALIFICATIONS Retail experience (experience working in grocery stores) Experience working with personnel responsibility Class B driver's license for manual transmission Access to your own vehicle Salary form: Monthly salary.
