We are now seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager for Operations & Management Local Network. Today, we are 12 employees responsible for the operation and maintenance of our local network, covering voltage levels 0.4-20kV. We hope that you will join us on our journey!
About the role
As an Operations and Maintenance Manager for local networks, you will be responsible for and project lead the operational work with new connections and service changes as well as operation and maintenance of the local network. You will coordinate and lead external contractors through the entire connection process and ensure that work is carried out according to established goals for safety, time, and quality.
As a central function in the business, you will work closely with colleagues from different departments and serve as an important link between different parts of the organization to create efficient and well-functioning workflows. You also have an active role in contact with our customers, both private individuals and companies, where you contribute with good service, clear communication, and professional advice throughout the process. On-call duty is included in the position after a period of introduction and training.
For this role, we see that you have the following qualifications:
Education in electrical and automation, electric power, distribution, or equivalent experience gained through several years of practical work, such as technician or senior technician
Good computer skills and proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience in project or work management within electrical or other infrastructure
Education as a distribution electrician
Previous experience working with maintenance in the electrical network industry
Experience with GIS-NIS systems
Class C driver's license and snowmobile license
