We are looking for a reliable and independent dispatcher for our towing service team on a full-time basis. Job responsibilities: receiving and coordinating towing service orders communication with clients, drivers, and assistance companies assigning call-outs to individual drivers ongoing monitoring and closing of incidents communication with insurance companies organizing and maintaining records of replacement vehicles routine administrative tasks related to dispatch operations Requirements: time flexibility independence and responsibility good organizational and communication skills ability to make quick decisions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously stress resilience basic computer skills courteousness and professional demeanor knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus experience in dispatch, transportation, or assistance services is a plus, but not required We offer: full-time employment stable employment in an established towing service interesting and diverse work training long-term job stability company benefits Work location: Most / surrounding area Starting salary 44,300 Kč gross If interested, please send us brief information about yourself along with your CV to [email protected] or contact us at 736785158
