Building Superintendent / Caretaker - PWD Position

Requirements: ability to walk up and down stairs without difficulty, ability to use a touchscreen phone, manual dexterity (changing light bulbs and working with basic tools). Full-time employment position with possibility of extension based on satisfactory work performance.
