Job Responsibilities
As a nurse, you will meet a broad patient population—children and elderly alike—each with different needs to varying degrees. We work with many agencies, which means you'll have diverse tasks and develop broad expertise. You'll have stimulating and educational work with us! Being available for our patients is something we value highly.
Our primary care center employs doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, a CBT therapist, psychologists, medical secretaries, a receptionist, and a foot care therapist. We have specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, and wound care. You'll be part of a team working together from a patient and employee perspective.
The position involves daytime work including healthcare advice via TeleQ, 1177 e-services, and 1177 Direct. Work also includes acute assessment clinics and planned nurse clinics. Opportunities for specialist clinic work depending on need and competence. Our mandate is governed by Vårdval Dalarna.
We offer individually tailored onboarding based on your prior experience.
Qualifications
Requirements:
You are a licensed registered nurse
Meritorious:
We appreciate a few years of work experience in the profession
Specialist competence as a district nurse
Experience with healthcare advice via TeleQ
Digital channels
Personal Qualities:
You are flexible and have good ability to work independently. You appreciate collaborating with other professions and agencies and are committed to providing excellent patient care. You're interested in promoting a good work environment. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
