WORK TASKS
As a district nurse/registered nurse with us, you will work from a health promotion and disease prevention perspective, but also with acute symptoms. We offer broad work with patients of all ages and life situations, with a wide variety of diagnoses, and we are at the forefront of close care initiatives.
You will work with reception services, assessment clinics, and telephone advice. We work in teams and apply a fixed doctor/care contact system. There is also the opportunity to work as care coordinator and in certain specialist clinics.
As a district nurse/registered nurse in primary care, you will also contribute your expertise to our on-call doctor center. We would be happy to tell you more about this assignment in a meeting with you.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who
· are a licensed registered nurse or district nurse, preferably with a few years of experience in primary care.
· Have a genuine interest in primary care and patient encounters
· Work independently and in a structured manner
· Have good collaboration skills
· Feel confident in your professional role and have a professional approach
· Are engaged and want to contribute to the development of the organization
· Contribute to a good work environment
Experience in primary care is advantageous, as is interest in supervising students together with your colleagues/having supervisor training. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
