About the position As a nurse with us, you will have a varied and patient-centered role where you work both independently and together with other professionals. We work in a team-based approach and closely with doctors, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, psychologists and social workers. The role includes telephone advice, assessment, patient care and follow-up. Based on your expertise and experience, there is an opportunity to work with clinics focusing on, for example, wound care, diabetes or elderly patient care. We also have an urgent care clinic where, as a nurse, you will triage patients. Beyond that, we also focus a lot on mental health. Through our team visits, several professionals collaborate around the patient to create safe and cohesive care. With us, you will have a broad role with the opportunity to use and develop your expertise, while having close support from colleagues and other professionals. There is also the possibility of remote work based on the needs of the operation. About you For this position, you need to: - Be a licensed registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience - Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you: - Are a district nurse - Have experience working in primary care - Have experience with telephone advice and clinic work - Have experience working with elderly patients and patients with complex or long-term care needs - Have experience with diabetes, asthma/COPD or other areas within primary care To thrive with us, we believe you are confident, engaged, flexible and responsible.
