Hofors Din Health Center provides standard primary care. We have doctors, child health center (BVC), district nurse and registered nurse clinics, nurse assistant clinic with blood draws, psychosocial team, occupational therapist, physical therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. The facility also includes a maternal health center. We are approximately 40 employees in our unit and hold regular professional meetings. We work to make good care even better and focus on what is valuable for patients; from medical quality to good opening hours and excellent service. Our health center provides safe care when needed and operates according to our core values Always-Close-Safe.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a district nurse/registered nurse who wants to join our wonderful team. With us, you work closely with other professionals such as doctors, nurse assistants, medical secretaries, physical therapists, occupational therapist, rehabilitation coordinator, and our psychosocial team. For us, it is important to work from the patient's perspective and best interests based on their wishes and circumstances. Work hours are primarily daytime Monday through Friday, but in our collaboration area of western Gävleborg, we share on-call shifts on weekends and holidays. On-call approximately 3-4 shifts/year and duty at the family doctor emergency clinic in Gävle approximately 3-5 shifts/year.

In your role as district nurse/registered nurse you should
• be a licensed district nurse or registered nurse with at least two years of professional experience.
For this position, it is advantageous if you have district nurse education and advanced knowledge in diabetes, asthma/COPD, incontinence, and/or dementia. If you have experience working in primary care/municipal operations previously, that is also advantageous.
