Familjeläkarna is now seeking a district nurse or child health nurse for a combined position at the child health center and healthcare center in Barkarby.
About the Role
This is a shared position at the child health center (BVC) and the healthcare center (VC). As a BVC nurse, you work in accordance with the national child health care program, including home visits, health check-ups, vaccinations, and parent group meetings. We have close collaboration with parenting support, open preschools, midwifery clinics, libraries, etc., and our BVC in Barkarby is also part of a family center. At the healthcare center, there are opportunities to work at the clinic and/or provide phone advice. We also have a new initiative where BVC and VC collaborate on advice regarding sick children.
Part-time work exclusively at BVC may be available for those who do not wish to work full-time.
We Are Looking for You
You are a licensed district nurse or specialist nurse with a focus on children and adolescents. Experience with child health centers or other work with a child focus/within primary care is meritable. A driver's license (Category B) is meritable, as we sometimes drive to our home visits.
You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have professional conduct and a good ability to adapt to different care situations. You are committed to developing good and safe care.
