About the Operations The Health Center in Sollefteå is one of five health centers in the Primary Care Operations Area Sollefteå/Kramfors and is one of the largest health centers within Region Västernorrland. Here we are a team of approximately 40 employees with many different competencies in healthcare. We work daily to help residents and strive together toward good and accessible care, with primary care as the foundation and the patient in focus. Would you like to become part of our team at Sollefteå Health Center? We are now seeking a district nurse/nurse who has a genuine interest in cardiac care. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Responsibilities With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to support our operations. As a nurse, you will work with, among other things: Heart failure patients Assessments at the assessment clinic Telephone advice Wound care Regular nursing duties within primary care We have a safe and stable work group with many experienced colleagues who will support you. With us, you will receive thorough onboarding and support in your role as a nurse.
