About the role As a District Sales Representative at DeLaval Sales AB, you work independently and responsibly in a broad sales role in Värmland. Here you serve as a support to your customers when it comes to designing facilities and systems for farmers. You are solution-oriented and persistent in the sales process where you coordinate and project manage work both internally and with builders, authorities, and advisory bodies. Your profile This role is for you if you have a genuine interest in and knowledge of Swedish agriculture and are passionate about sales and consulting. You have acquired knowledge and good understanding of agriculture through work experience, studies, or perhaps from growing up on or operating a farm yourself. You are communicative and confident in customer interactions. You are organized and enjoy building long-term relationships and are persistent throughout the sales process. During your first time at DeLaval, you will receive comprehensive basic training at Hamragård in Tumba, joint travels with experienced colleagues, and continuous further education including CAD training. About DeLaval DeLaval is a global leader in milking equipment with 4,300 employees in over 100 markets. For nearly 130 years, they have developed solutions and services for efficient milk production. Requirements Completed upper secondary education Good knowledge of or previous experience in Swedish agriculture Work experience in sales or other relevant experience for the position Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Good knowledge of English in speech and writing Driver's license category B Meriting factors Post-secondary education in a relevant area for the position, such as agronomist or agricultural engineer Sales/consulting experience in agriculture, animal husbandry, or similar Experience in project management Knowledge of CAD Other information Start date: By agreement Employment form: Permanent employment where you are employed directly by DeLaval Location: You work from home in the role and work in Värmland.
