Our Offer Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, four emergency centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the child health care unit, vaccination clinic, 1177, and a general medicine training center. We conduct broad primary care services where we provide care to everyone throughout their entire lives: newborns, children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and patients in end-of-life care. Lambohov Health Center has approximately 11,600 registered patients and is centrally located with both urban and rural areas in its patient catchment area. We conduct broad primary care services consisting of everything from emergency care and scheduled patient visits, from child health services to elderly care. Job Description The position includes regular patient visits within the primary care mandate. You will have the opportunity to develop the operations together with other colleagues. Supervision of students and training physicians is part of the work. The health center is also part of staffing the emergency center in Linköping and has on-call duty from home for medical assessments and home visits when necessary. With us you will have a varied assignment; among other things, you will have your own patient clinic at the health center and we like to work in teams with each other at the health center. Time for continuing education and medical discussions with colleagues is available regularly. Possibility of flexibility regarding working conditions. Work Team We often work in teams with district nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, dietitian, rehabilitation coordinator, care administrators, and child health care nurses. Swedish language skills equivalent to level Swedish C1. Experience in Swedish healthcare and interest in supervision is meritorious. B-class driver's license required. As a person you are confident, have good teamwork skills with others on the team, are efficient and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You contribute to a good work environment and have a positive and professional approach. You have good judgment and enjoy teamwork.
