About the Operation
Welcome to our valued rural healthcare center with approximately 6,500 registered patients! We offer diverse services including a district doctor clinic, district nurse clinic, and specialized clinics in diabetes, blood pressure, heart failure, asthma/COPD, risk/substance abuse, and mental health. We also have maternal and child health services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation coordination, and counseling services.
With 75 km to the nearest hospital, we play an important role for our patients - and you become part of a team that makes a difference. We have access to X-ray services where delegated staff can perform examinations, giving us the ability to handle a wide variety of patient cases.

Responsibilities
As a doctor at Malung Healthcare Center, you will work with both scheduled and acute care, meeting patients of all ages.
We operate across the entire general medicine field, including SÄBO/Home Care, maternal and child health clinics (BVC/MVC), and a youth clinic. Supervision of doctors in training occurs, and the role includes primary care on-call duties and standby responsibilities.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- are a specialist doctor in general medicine
- have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- hold a class B driver's license
You have the desire to work long-term in primary care and feel confident in your professional role. You are motivated by contributing to development, enjoy collaboration with colleagues, and take responsibility for your assignment. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
