Mobilia Healthcare Center is growing and we are now welcoming an additional colleague who is a Specialist in General Medicine. Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We support each other's expertise to assist in our work and provide patients with good care. Currently, we have approximately 8,200 registered patients. We work toward high accessibility, good medical quality, and respectful patient care. We continuously strive to develop our operations based on patient needs, examining workflow, efficiency, and adapting and developing our methods accordingly. You are a confident person who remains calm and focused regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and strong collaborative skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues on the unit and within an interdisciplinary team. Together with the healthcare center management, you are responsible for developing and advancing the operations. We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving abilities, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. Your responsibilities at the healthcare center span a broad range of general medicine work where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, via telephone, in-person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, meaning you can make your own assessments and decisions. In our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you as a physician, together with nurses and other professionals, evaluate patients. In your work you meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is self-evident to you. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits.
