About the Position
In Home Healthcare, you will enjoy independent work where you get to help develop the operation. The work is conducted both independently and in close collaboration with other nurses, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel to meet patients' care needs. You will supervise nursing staff and work in a team together with home care personnel. You are responsible for care of patients within a geographic area.
Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with on-call duty every ninth week. The position is based in Norrtälje.
Your duties include, among other things:
Basic home healthcare such as wound dressing changes, catheter care, and medication management.
Establishing care plans.
Assessing patient needs and follow-ups.
Quality registries.
Delegations.
Collaboration with colleagues in patient choice systems and other healthcare providers.
Supervising nursing staff.

About You
For this position, you need to:
Be a licensed registered nurse.
Hold a B-class driver's license and have driving experience.
Have very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are self-motivated and can plan your time according to patients' needs. Basic home healthcare is part of the patient choice system Tiohundra, together with home rehabilitation and home care in Norrtälje. We have close collaboration with the health centers where our patients are registered, and we are also responsible for accommodations within LSS and social psychiatry. Together with care staff in home care, we have regular joint breakfasts and close collaboration.
