Assignment The assignment involves responsibility for home care nursing in ordinary housing. The target group is primarily elderly patients with multiple conditions, but also other people who need services. You will be part of an HSL team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. As a nurse, you work consultatively with medical assessments, medication management and support and advice to care staff. You are tasked with coordinating and planning the collective health and care services for the individual patient and maintaining contact with family members. An important part of the work is working as a team around the patient to achieve a comprehensive perspective. Competencies To succeed in this role, you should be able to work independently and make decisions in complex situations, while appreciating close collaboration with colleagues both internally and externally. As a person, you are positive, engaged and have good ability to collaborate, communicate and promote a good working environment. Previous experience with documentation in Life Care HSL is seen as an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement.
