JOB DUTIES
We provide standard primary care with district nurse services, doctor consultations, child health services, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and home visits. We offer specialist nurse clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, and health consultations for 40-year-olds.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is flexible, takes responsibility, is solution-focused, and has good collaboration skills. You are stress-resilient and able to prioritize your tasks. You also want to develop medical quality, and we welcome ideas and suggestions for improvement. Professional responsibility and good patient care are self-evident to us.
In the role of district nurse, you should
• be a licensed district nurse
• have at least 15 credits in asthma/COPD higher education
• have a driver's license (category B).
For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care and patient counseling, and if you have knowledge of the Cosmic medical records system. It is also advantageous if you have experience with asthma/COPD clinics.
