Now we're looking for a driven distribution manager for the Letters business area You, us, and the job As a distribution manager, heading your own unit, you are the extended arm of our operational activities. It's both an administrative and operationally close role where you're part of the management group and collaborate with manager colleagues in other locations. We're looking for someone who wants to lead and motivate your team in a straightforward manner, and contribute to a culture of innovation. This position is for you if you're results-driven and want to be part of a successful team. As a person, you're communicative, clear, and skilled at coaching. You have the ability to identify improvements and develop operations. You understand the requirements and expectations our customers have of us and our operations. Your placement will be at the Ulricehamn mail office, and you'll report to the Site Manager Falköping BE. What you'll be doing Work with transformation to adapt operations to changed service offerings, new systems, and ways of working Lead and develop employees through visible, clear, and communicative leadership Ensure that improvements are identified, documented, and handled Plan and lead ongoing operations within your area of responsibility Establish and further develop relationships with relevant stakeholders in the external environment Who you are Tactical and quality-conscious: You're process-oriented and good at prioritizing during change Entrepreneurial and straightforward: You make change happen and are easy to communicate with Engaged: You create consensus, build good and sustainable relationships, and involve employees around vision and values Results-oriented: You see both the big picture and the operational activities Business-minded: You keep the business in focus and are driven by operational development You're unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities What you bring with you High school diploma Several years of documented experience as a manager and leader, preferably from leading through change Experience from the logistics industry or similar Good administrative abilities, system proficiency, and knowledge of the Office suite Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Category B driver's license Post-secondary education / Academic education is a merit Why we exist PostNord is one of Sweden's oldest and largest companies and we have an important societal mission: to ensure postal services to businesses and private individuals throughout Sweden.
