You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, home visits, digital care appointments, and at the clinic. As a registered nurse/district nurse with us, you get varied and stimulating work with great independence, close collaboration with different professions, and good opportunities for professional development. We actively work with modern methods where digital care appointments, self-monitoring, and smart care processes are a natural part of everyday work. Through digital patient appointments, you have the opportunity to meet patients in their natural home environment via video, which often creates better understanding for the patient. It is a merit if you have specialist training or experience from working at child health clinics or asthma/diabetes clinics. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, enjoys building relationships, and wants to be part of developing the future of nearby care. You are curious about new working methods and see the opportunities in combining traditional patient appointments with digital solutions to create the best possible care. You meet many patients in this work, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You express yourself well both orally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital appointments and visits at the clinic.
