Job Details: Job Responsibilities: • Customer communication - via phone and email • Order processing from initial contact through execution • Proposing suitable technical solutions based on customer requirements • Selecting appropriate equipment - mini cranes, hydraulic arms, vacuum lifters, etc. • Recommending suitable transportation and vehicles for equipment delivery • Consulting on technical solutions with our crane operators and project teams • Working with internal company systems • Coordinating timelines, equipment, and project progress You Should Have: • Technical thinking and ability to find practical solutions • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Independence and responsibility • Communication skills - you'll interact daily with customers and colleagues • Ability to ask questions and actively research information • Computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems • Eagerness to learn new things • Experience in transportation, construction, logistics, or technical fields is an advantage - but not required Employee Benefits: Company mobile phone, bonuses, meal allowances, gym, workplace refreshments
