As a service team member at Hemfrid, you'll play an important role in the team where you combine hands-on cleaning work with quality, service, and support for your colleagues. We are now seeking a service team member for Vellinge and surrounding areas at 85%. Here you'll have a varied workday where no two days are the same and where your experience truly comes in handy. You work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and contribute to ensuring our customers receive consistently high-quality service. In this role, you will, among other things: Perform start-up and deep cleanings Work with window cleaning Cover for colleagues when needed Conduct quality inspections Introduce new employees Handle keys when necessary Support colleagues in the field The role suits you if you enjoy combining practical work with taking responsibility for quality and supporting others. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with experience in home cleaning who is confident in their professional role. You have an eye for detail and understand what it takes to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
