About the Role
As a Digitalization Project Manager, you're responsible for leading digitalization projects from idea and planning through implementation, benefit realization, and handover to operations.
Projects may include:
Implementation and integration of business and support systems
Digitalization, automation, and AI-based solutions
Process efficiency and work method development
Change management and business development
Benefit realization and effect tracking
You're responsible for project planning, budget, timeline, resources, and risks, and coordinate between operations, IT, and suppliers. An important part of the role is also creating engagement and ensuring that new solutions deliver real business value and are used in practice.
We're Looking for You With
At least five years of experience leading digitalization projects and/or system implementations
Experience with project management in complex organizations
Experience with change management and business development
Experience with requirements management, supplier management, and implementation of business systems
Good understanding of digital transformation and business processes
Experience with budget, resource, and risk management
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Relevant university education or equivalent professional experience
Meritorious: Experience from healthcare and care services or other socially important operations, project management certification, and experience with AI, automation, integrations, information security, or data protection.
