We're now looking for an experienced consultant who wants to help our customers develop tomorrow's smart, data-driven production. Here you'll have the chance to help manufacturing companies translate new technology into real business value. As a consultant with us, you work on varying assignments where you combine business development, digitalization, and problem-solving in close collaboration with production, operations, and IT. Example Assignments You may work on: Mapping and developing production processes Identifying digitalization opportunities in production and logistics Driving feasibility studies and change initiatives Gathering and analyzing operational requirements Working with production data, KPIs, and decision support Participating in projects involving MES, ERP, IoT, and industrial integrations Evaluating how AI and data can create business value Being the link between production, operations, and IT We Believe That You… …thrive in the space between operations, technology, and industry. You enjoy understanding business needs, creating structure, and helping customers develop smarter ways of working through digitalization. We believe you have experience from several of the following areas: Manufacturing industry, production development, or Lean Production Requirements analysis, process mapping, change management, or project management Power BI, SQL, KPI/OEE, or data visualization MES, ERP, IoT, or production-related IT It's a merit if you also have experience with: AI, machine learning, or predictive maintenance Data engineering or data architecture Power Platform SAP, IFS, Dynamics 365, or similar ERP systems OT/IT integration We're looking for you who not only likes technology but also enjoys the consultant role. You enjoy diving into new organizations, building relationships, and helping different customers find sustainable solutions. Whether you're a specialist in one area or have a broad technical profile, we believe you're driven by developing together with both customers and colleagues. The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is an important requirement for succeeding in customer dialogues and team collaboration. Since the role involves consulting assignments with different customers, we also see that you thrive working in varying environments. Travel occurs in some assignments, so it's an advantage if you're comfortable with a certain amount of travel.
