About the Operation Vallentuna, together with Nynäshamn Municipality, operates a digitalization and skills development project financed by the European Social Fund - "Ett digitalt kliv" (A Digital Step). The project is organizationally located within the Municipal Administration Office's digitalization unit, where you are one of several project members. The target groups are found throughout the municipality's organization. The role reports to the ESF Project Manager and the Digitalization Manager. Responsibilities As a digitalization coach, you are responsible for education and skills development initiatives with a special focus on AI, data analysis, and digital work methods. You plan and conduct training, workshops, and other learning initiatives that strengthen employees' ability to use AI and data in their daily work. A central part of the assignment is to make AI and data concrete and useful for the operation. You help operations identify how AI and data can contribute to more efficient work methods, better analyses and decision-making support, and increased operational value. The training initiatives are directed both broadly to the municipality's employees and to specific professional groups and functions based on their needs and circumstances. As a digitalization coach, you work to educate and strengthen employees' digital capabilities. You prepare presentations and exercises for training sessions, as well as conduct them. As part of the role, you also engage in process mapping of work processes in workshop format and, together with work groups, identify digitalization opportunities. You support operations in translating new knowledge into practical use and changed work methods, and contribute a change management perspective to create understanding, participation, and buy-in. Based on the project's and operations' needs, you may also be tasked with coordinating or leading smaller digitalization initiatives and projects. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, data analysis, or other experience the employer deems equivalent. Experience planning and conducting training, workshops, or other skills development initiatives. Experience using generative AI in practice and training and coaching others on how AI can be applied to concrete use cases and work methods. Experience with data analysis and data visualization in tools such as Power BI or equivalent, and the ability to educate and support others in this area. Basic knowledge of information security, data protection, and regulations related to data use, digital services, and AI. Very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: Worked with change management in connection with digitalization, operations development, or implementation of new work methods. Managed a project or digitalization initiative. Worked with operations development and process mapping. Worked in municipal or other public operations. Worked with process automation, for example through Power Automate. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the digital workplace. The employment is a project position on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible. The employment runs one year at a time, with the possibility of extension until 2029-05-25.
