Easypartner is now looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a 12-month temporary position. We're seeking someone with broad knowledge of digital marketing who enjoys combining hands-on work with structure, customer contact, and follow-up.
This is a versatile role that will evolve over time to include greater responsibility for coordinating and managing our customer marketing projects.
About the Role
In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues, specialists, and customers, playing a key part in ensuring our marketing projects move forward, are monitored, and delivered with high quality.
You will, among other things:
Plan and publish content on social media
Work with advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Write copy for ads, newsletters, websites, and social media
Monitor campaigns and customer projects, and compile and communicate results
Understand and follow up on Google Ads work
Work with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and other digital marketing platforms
Manage ongoing customer communication and handle basic support matters related to marketing
Coordinate activities between customers, internal resources, and external specialists
Ensure that tasks, deadlines, and deliverables are tracked
Support and gradually take on greater project management responsibility in various marketing projects and customer assignments
This role is ideal for you if you enjoy having many points of contact and thrive in both executing tasks yourself and ensuring that the overall work progresses. We understand that this is a broad role and that few can check every box on day one. So don't hesitate to apply even if you don't have experience in all areas. We believe that you:
Have experience in digital marketing and broad knowledge of various digital channels
Are organized and good at juggling multiple tasks and projects at once
Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for getting things done
Have a strong sense for content, tone, and communication
Are confident in customer conversations and can present and follow up on results clearly
Have basic knowledge of Google Ads and how digital advertising is tracked and evaluated
It's a plus if you have experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn or TikTok Ads
Analysis and reporting of digital campaigns
Mailchimp or other newsletter tools
Project management or coordination of customer projects
Basic image or video editing
WordPress and/or Elementor
