As a digital CS nurse in adult psychiatry in Hälsingland, you will work with other nurses and physicians in a team that provides digital care to patients. The target group is patients with ADHD/ADD on CS medication who do not have comorbidities or require more complex care.
Hälsingland's digital CS team was launched in early 2026 and after several intense and rewarding months, we have now established a stable structure and found our working methods. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work digitally in the CS team with Söderhamn outpatient clinic as your home clinic. The digital CS team will be part of an operational area covering all of Hälsingland. Work is conducted entirely digitally.

• telephone counseling
• supportive and motivational conversations
• collaboration and development of adult psychiatry in Hälsingland.

QUALIFICATIONS
We seek someone who is stable and engaged as a person and who has strong communication skills to reach people through digital platforms. In your work you are flexible and can adapt to new conditions, have the drive to find new solutions, and collaborate easily both internally and externally. We also see that you are thorough and have good administrative skills. You are confident in your professional role, have a genuine interest in working with people with mental health issues, and have the ability to treat people in a professional and empathetic manner. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
In the role as CS nurse you should:
• be a licensed psychiatric nurse
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in writing and speech, Swedish C1 as a minimum requirement
• have good knowledge of digital work
• have clinical experience.
For this position, it is a merit if you have experience working with this target group and psychiatric work.
