About the Operation
Welcome to the Dietitian Service at Region Dalarna! We are strengthening our operations and seeking a new colleague for primary care.
The Dietitian Service is a region-wide operation within the Division of Medical Services. Our dietitians are stationed at Dalarna's four hospitals and work together in a close and well-functioning network where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collegial support are a natural part of daily work.
With us, you'll become part of an engaged and welcoming work group with broad expertise and a strong shared drive to develop the service. Although we work at different locations in the region, we maintain close community through regular meetings, digital communications, and close collaboration in daily work. We generously share experiences, support one another, and work together to develop both our operations and our profession.

Job Responsibilities
As a dietitian in primary care, you have a clear and defined assignment focused on nutritional treatment for risk of malnutrition, malnutrition, underweight, COPD, IBS, and celiac disease. Patient meetings can take place via phone, digitally, or at our dietitian clinics. You also participate in group activities at health centers in the areas of COPD, diabetes, and healthy eating habits.
Our work is based on science and proven experience and follows a structured care process with assessment, evaluation, treatment, and follow-up as the foundation. Together, we continuously develop our working methods, treatment approaches, procedures, and informational materials to ensure high quality in our operations.
The assignment also includes contributing nutritional expertise to other professional groups through consultation, support, and continuing education initiatives.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
is a licensed dietitian
has strong ability to write, understand, and document in Swedish
