Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, four on-call clinics, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the child health care unit, vaccination clinic, 1177 and a general medicine education center. We conduct broad primary care activities where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, elderly and patients in end-of-life care.

Vårdcentralen in Finspång is part of Primärvårdscentrum within Region Östergötland. In 2020 we moved into new beautiful facilities at Vårdcentrum Finspång. Here there is room for, among other things, health center including on-call clinic, pharmacy, rehabilitation, near-care unit, LAH, municipality's short-term housing. Collaboration and close care are goals we want to achieve for our citizens' needs.
Vårdcentralen Finspång and Vårdcentralen Skärblacka are as of the turn of the year 2024-2025 a joint operational area. The change aims to provide a robust operation that in the future is equipped to handle the demographic challenges we face.
The operations today together have nearly 27,000 registered patients and a workforce of approximately 110 employees. The new operational area includes Vårdcentralen Finspång and Vårdcentralen Skärblacka as well as Jourcentralen Finspång. Included in Vårdcentralen Finspång is also a branch in Rejmyre.

Job description
We are looking for you who are a trained nurse and preferably have further education within diabetes. The position involves usual nursing tasks, administrative assignments and telephone advice.
About you
We want you who are applying to be a licensed nurse preferably with experience from primary care. Previous experience in Cosmic is seen as a merit for the position.
As a person you are confident in yourself and in your professional role. You are responsive to other people's needs and are flexible in your working approach. You remain motivated and maintain a positive outlook despite a high work pace. Collaboration is something you see as a matter of course as well as contributing to a good climate among your colleagues. You see improvement work positively and have a good ability to prioritize and structure your own work. We place great emphasis on together creating a good working environment and the right conditions to move the work forward. We are also responsive to your wishes regarding shorter and longer continuing education/further training.
Application and employment
Weekly working hours are 40h and the position is on a permanent basis at 100%. Your main placement will be at Vårdcentralen Finspång but work at Vårdcentralen Skärblacka may occur.
Prior to employment in patient-facing work within Region Östergötland, you will be asked to fill in a health declaration.
