About the Role
As a DevOps & CI/CD Engineer, you'll be part of the Software Factory (SWF), where the team develops and maintains tools, methodologies, and infrastructure to accelerate software development within R&D.
You'll work across the entire CI pipeline—from architecture and infrastructure to automation, testing, and deployment. Together with an agile and technically skilled team, you'll create the conditions for development teams to work faster, more reliably, and with high quality.
You'll, among other things:
Configure, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for test automation.
Drive and further develop CI infrastructure according to DevOps principles.
Continually improve performance, efficiency, scalability, and stability in the CI environment.
Automate workflows and processes through scripting.
Create visualizations of development status to increase transparency and facilitate tracking.
Identify needs and technical challenges from development teams and contribute to solutions together with IT and other teams.
Work closely with developers and other technical specialists within the organization.
We're Looking for You
You have experience in software development in Automotive and thrive in a technical role where development, automation, and infrastructure meet. You're comfortable solving complex problems and enjoy improving tools and methodologies used by other developers.
For this role, we see that you have:
A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in software development in the automotive industry.
Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
Experience with embedded C++, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
Experience scripting in, for example, Python, Bash, Batch, Groovy, or Shell.
Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, Zuul, or equivalent.
Experience with technologies such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Good experience with Git and version control, including git repositories.
Experience with automated unit and integration testing.
Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driver's license category B.
As a person, you're self-driven, solution-oriented, and communicative. You enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge, while also daring to bring your own ideas and challenge existing solutions when you see opportunities to do things better.
It's a plus if you have experience with:
Gerrit, GitHub, GitLab, and/or Artifactory.
Android Platform Development.
Software development according to ASIL B.
Vehicle protocols such as SOME/IP, CAN, and LIN.
Development for QNX/POSIX-based platforms.
