What the Position Entails
As Depot Manager in Stockholm, you have overall responsibility for operations, production, and finances at the depot. The role is operational, meaning you work closely with the operations and team, while also having clear business and budget responsibility.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for the depot's budget, forecasts, and financial management
Lead and plan production, warehouse operations, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are run profitably and comply with laws, regulations, and Vägjobb policies
Initiate and implement business opportunities and develop routines and processes
Report to the Finance Manager and follow up on results
Be part of day-to-day operations – able to step in when needed
Handle administrative tasks such as order processing and invoicing
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a work supervisor or project manager in construction, traffic management, or similar fields
Has good understanding of finances, project budgets, and resource planning
Is operational, solution-oriented, and enjoys being close to production
Has the ability to see the bigger picture and communicate clearly with both team and management
Works structurally and can present and interpret figures
Holds a valid driver's license (category B)
Meritorious qualifications:
Experience with traffic management (TA), construction, or building processes
Knowledge of APV up to level 3
Experience leading teams and developing routines
