Are you someone who loves transforming data into accurate forecasts that lead to smarter business decisions? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your analytical work directly impacts delivery capability, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction? Then this could be your next career move. We at Inpeople are now recruiting a Demand Planner for Thule. Here you'll get a key role in an organization where planning, analysis, and collaboration are central. About the Role As a Demand Planner, you'll become a central part of the company's Supply Chain organization. Your mission is to ensure that products are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and in the right place – while keeping inventory levels as efficient as possible. You work closely with colleagues in sales, product management, production, procurement, and supply planning to create balance between demand and supply. Through forecasting, inventory optimization, and data-driven analysis, you contribute to better decisions and increased efficiency throughout the entire value chain. In this role, you're responsible for creating and maintaining statistically based demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and initiating actions for over- or understocking. You work with safety stock, review sales plans with special focus on new products and campaigns, and coordinate the phase-in and phase-out of items from a supply chain perspective. An important part of the work is also ensuring correct data in the company's ERP system and inventory optimization tools, developing inventory forecasts, KPIs and analyses, and contributing to budget work, sales and margin analyses, and ongoing reporting. You'll also participate in improvement projects aimed at developing planning processes, improving forecast quality, and streamlining workflows within supply chain. We're Looking for You Someone with an analytical and structured approach who thrives in a role where collaboration, problem-solving, and business understanding are natural parts of your day. You have post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, logistics, economics, engineering, or equivalent work experience, and ideally you have experience with demand planning, forecasting work, supply chain, or production and logistics planning. You're very comfortable working in Excel and ERP systems and have the ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into clear insights and concrete actions. If you also have experience with improvement work or cross-functional projects, that's a plus. For this position, you must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. As a person, you're communicative, relationship-building, and solution-oriented. You work in a structured manner, have high attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating across multiple functions. You're motivated by improving processes and contributing to the company's continued development, and you're someone who makes sure things get done – even when you don't have all the information from the start. What We Offer This is an opportunity to take a key role at Thule, a company with a strong market position and international presence. You'll become part of an engaged team where your analyses and decisions have real impact on the company's results and development. Your work location can be adapted based on where you live, with placement in Hillerstorp or Malmö. There's the possibility of working remotely a couple of days per week. This is a permanent position and you'll be directly employed by Thule. Start date will be arranged as soon as possible in consultation with the selected candidate. In this recruitment, Thule is working with us at Inpeople. If you have any questions about the position, please feel free to contact responsible recruiter Ida Petersson at 073–092 79 16. We always apply continuous selection in our recruitment processes. We look forward to receiving your application!
