Do you want to take the next step in project management and work on technically advanced development projects? We're now looking for a driven sub-project manager who wants to coordinate changes, lead sub-projects, and ensure progress in a high-tech operation.
Responsibilities
Drive and coordinate sub-projects with responsibility for planning, coordination, and follow-up.
Handle and evaluate multiple change proposals with focus on cost, impact, and feasibility.
Analyze how changes affect the product's total capacity and delivery.
Lead and coordinate engineering teams based on project needs and resources.
Follow up on project status and KPIs to ensure progress and goal achievement.
Work in a coordinating role with limited technical detail responsibility.
Have many contact points, primarily internal as well as with procurement, with the possibility of contact with suppliers and customers over time.
The role involves no budget responsibility and no business travel.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience as a project manager, team leader, or change manager.
Technical understanding and experience working in technical project teams.
Good knowledge of the Office package.
Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Meritorious
Post-secondary technical education.
Experience in production engineering.
Experience with IFS, Antura, Jira.
