We are now seeking an additional Traveling Site Manager to join this winning team.

About the Position
As a traveling site manager, you have great freedom to plan, lead, and steer your projects to success. The site manager role is a key position where you independently lead renovations, extensions, or new constructions of commercial projects of varying size and type. It is a highly varied position with responsibility for all aspects of production, from commencement through final inspection and handover. You will plan and manage your own time. Since assignments are located throughout the country, it is of utmost importance that you have the ability to travel and stay away during the week (Monday – Thursday).
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for project implementation from construction start to handover
Lead, allocate, and coordinate work within the current project
Drive daily production
Co-responsibility for preparing production budgets
Manage the project budget and forecasts
Handle certain procurement of materials and subcontractors
Plan and ensure implementation and compliance with procedures regarding quality, environment, and workplace safety
Ongoing contact with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
About You
You thrive best in this role if you are a driven and self-reliant person with the ability to think innovatively and work structurally. You have strong commitment to your work and a long-term perspective on your projects. With your well-developed collaboration skills, you can easily build good relationships and navigate smoothly between different professional groups.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a site manager in the construction industry.
Prior experience with traveling work is a merit.
Education as a construction engineer or experience from a trades background and worked your way up.
B-level driver's license.
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
Ability to stay away during the week.
It is advantageous if you live in the Gothenburg area, as the company is based in Gothenburg.
