State Police reg. no. 90000099040 Data Protection Specialist Occupation code – 242112 Main job responsibilities: monitor State Police personal data processing for compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements; inform and consult State Police management and employees on matters related to personal data protection; prepare customized training materials according to structural unit needs and conduct State Police employee training on personal data processing and protection; record personal data protection violations (incidents) and evaluate data protection violation (incident) risks to individuals' rights and freedoms; cooperate with the Data State Inspectorate and serve as a contact person on matters related to personal data processing; inform the controller about the necessity of a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), providing methodological and consultative support in DPIA development, as well as conduct post-review and evaluation of the DPIA's compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements, and monitor its implementation; consult and provide support to State Police structural units in developing internal and external regulatory acts and other internal documents that are necessary for the institution as a personal data controller conducting personal data processing; evaluate inter-agency agreements and cooperation contracts with other institutions and derived public entities related to data exchange between information systems.
