Jelgavas State City Municipality Institution "Jelgavas Municipality Police" is inviting applications for: Information Technology and Communications Group Computer Systems and Network Administrator Requirements for candidates: - Professional secondary education or higher education in the relevant field; - Excellent Latvian language skills – Level C1; - Good computer skills (Microsoft Office applications, web browsers) and office equipment operation; - Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems; - Basic knowledge of computer network operations; - High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and strong communication skills. Job Duties: - Ensure the functionality and monitoring of telecommunications, communications, and computer systems; - Install local area networks and configure computer equipment, perform necessary maintenance, diagnose and resolve malfunctions; - Configure computer equipment for internet use, resolve internet-related issues; - Install and configure necessary software, maintain software operations, troubleshoot software errors; - Install, configure, and maintain necessary peripheral devices and communication equipment; - Monitor computer system security and ensure system protection; - Prepare technical documentation and internal regulations; - Provide technical and advisory support to employees. Offered Salary (gross): - 1132,00 EUR per month; - In addition to mandatory additional leave as stipulated in the Labor Law, paid additional leave in accordance with employee work performance results (three or five working days).
