About the Job In your role as a database administrator, you'll work closely with our agile development teams and be an important partner in the development of the Swedish Tax Agency's IT systems. Your responsibilities include supporting teams with database issues, optimizing performance, and monitoring databases. We have a long-term assignment where we invest in sustainable and future-proof solutions with minimized technical debt. Societal benefit is always in focus. We are in the midst of an ongoing system modernization where we introduce modern technology and develop our architecture. You'll work with technologies such as PL/SQL, SQL Developer/Toad, Linux, and OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager). Our databases are primarily Oracle relational databases. It is also desirable to have relevant experience with complex system environments in large organizations. Good to Know The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period. Employment with us may involve placement in a security clearance category. A security check with record verification according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment.
